Payments

We currently accept credit card and debit payments through PayPal and Shopify Payments.  All prices listed are in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise.

 

Shipping Rates

All orders are shipped with the choice of Air Tracked Packet or Xpresspost by way of Canada Post services. Duties and taxes payment are the responsibility of the customer and will be required once shipment is delivered.

We ask all of our customers to ensure their shipping and billing addresses are accurate to prevent any disruptions to their delivery.

We're unable to ship to P.O. boxes.

All orders are subject to availability and credit card authorization.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We cannot redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

Shipping rates are calculated by weight and will be added at checkout. Please see chart below for reference.

Order Processing

You will get an email confirmation when your payment has been received, and another email with your tracking number when your order has been shipped. 

Please allow up to 2-3 days for your tracking number to be activated.

Once your tracking number is active, the approximate time of transit is:

Returns & Exchanges

To return or exchange an item, please email us at contact@wcrow.co.  Please provide your order number and reason for your return/exchange.

Full-price items with original tags that have not been worn, washed, or altered can be returned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. After 7 days, you will be eligible for online store credit only.  After 21 days, all sales are final.  Please note all sale items are final sale.

The customer may choose their preferred method of return shipping. We recommend insurance/tracking as WCROW® is not responsible for lost packages. The customer may choose to have WCROW® send a pre-paid return shipping label, the cost of which will be deducted from refund/credit amount.
